What: Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Neosho River near Commerce.
When: Until Wednesday morning.
Impacts: At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut off from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened.
