Winds: South to southeast winds between 15 to 20 mph will gust as high as 25 to 30 mph.
Relative Humidity: As low as 15-20 percent.
Impacts: Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
Additional Details: South Central Nebraska and North Central Kansas Locations outside of the warning will still be expected to reach elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions.
